KTM Hospitality Limited to Float IPO | Submits Application to SEBON

KTM Hospitality Limited is in the process of issuing shares to the public (IPO).
For this purpose, the company has submitted an application to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Baisakh 14, 2083 BS. Only after the approval from the board, the company can sell the shares to the public.
If approved by SEBON, the company plans to issue 15.50 lakh shares in the initial public offering. Hence, the public issue amounts to Rs. 15.50 crores.
The company has appointed RBB Merchant Banking Limited as the issue and sales manager. The agreement for public offering has already been signed between the company and RBB Merchant Banking Limited on this regard. Mr. Rameshwor Shah, Chairman of KTM Hospitality Limited and Badri Prasad Pyakurel, CEO of RBB Merchant Banking inked the agreement.
