Laxmi Bank To Skip Dividend From Fiscal Year 2078/79

Laxmi Bank Limited (LBL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The bank has decided to retain all earnings from the last fiscal year. Hence, the shareholders of the bank will not receive any dividends.
The board of directors’ meeting held today has approved the financial statements of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Now, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM)
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, Laxmi Bank had distributed an 11.50 percent dividend to the shareholders, including an 8.50 percent bonus share and a 3.50 percent cash dividend.
