Laxmi Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2079/80

Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (LLBS) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders from the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Laxmi Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 44.16 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, Laxmi Laghubitta had distributed a 20 percent dividend, including a 15 percent bonus share and a 5 percent cash dividend.
