Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SKBBL) is going to conduct its 24th Annual General Meeting(AGM) on Poush 25, 2082 BS [January 9, 2026]. The board of directors meeting of the company held on Mangsir 26 decided to convene the AGM at Karki Banquet, Babarmahal. The meeting will start after 11:15 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM:
Discussion and Approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2081/82 presented by the chairman.
Approval of 15 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta had announced the book closure date on Poush 9, 2082 BS. Thus, the investors purchasing shares until Poush 8 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
