Laxmi Sunrise Bank Proposes 7.37 Percent Dividend

Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited (LSL) has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board of directors meeting held on Mangsir 26, 2080 BS has proposed a 7.37 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 7 percent bonus share and a 0.37 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Laxmi Sunrise Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 21.67 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs. 1.51 Arba while the cash dividend is worth Rs 7.98 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
