Mizu Energy to Develop 54 MW Lower Apsuwa Hydropower Project in Sankhuwasabha

Mizu Energy Ltd. is going to construct Lower Apsuwa Hydropower Project. The company has received the construction license for the project from the Department of electricity development. The department issued the license on Ashad 23, 2081 BS. The construction license has validity until Ashad 22, 2116 BS.
Lower Apsuwa Hydropower Project is a Run-of-River (ROR) type hydropower project with an installed capacity of 54 MW. It will generate electricity through Apsuwa Khola located at Makalu (Sankhuwasabha).
