Peace Energy Company To Construct 28.10 MW Mathillo Kabeli Hydroelectric Project

Peace Energy Company Pvt. Ltd. is going to develop Mathillo Kabeli Hydroelectric Project (HEP). The company has received the construction license for the project from the Department of electricity development. The department issued the license on Magh 5, 2078 BS. The construction license has validity until Magh 4, 2113 BS.
Mathillo Kabeli Hydroelectric Project is a Run-of-River (ROR) type hydropower project with an installed capacity of 28.10 MW. It will generate electricity through Kabeli Khola located at Taplejung.
