Mega Bank Nepal Limited, (MEGA) will convene its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 7, 2079 B.S [December 22, 2022]. The bank will hold the meeting at Rastriya Sabha Griha, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 10 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM
Presentation and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 7.79 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Approval for merger with Nepal Investment Bank at swap ratio of 100:90.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the bank has announced the book closure date on Mangsir 23, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of MEGA until Mangsir 22 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
