Nepal Insurance To Sell 500,000 Promoter Shares Of NCC Bank In Auction From Ashoj 2

Nepal Credit & Commerce (NCC) Bank has published a notice regarding the sale of promoter shares in auction. As per the notice, Nepal Insurance Company will sell 500,000 promoter shares of NCC Bank from Ashoj 2, 2077. The auction will remain open until Karthik 6, 2077.

The minimum bid price is Rs 110 per share. Bidder at a highest price will receive the shares. Interested investors can purchase and submit the auction form at NIBL Ace Capital Limited, Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The auction form will be available at Rs 100.

Existing shareholders will be given priority in the auction. One can apply for a minimum of 1,000 shares.

In the fiscal year 2076/77, NCC Bank has earned Rs 1.13 Arba in net profit. Based on the unaudited report, the bank has an earnings Per Share Of Rs 12.09 and per share net worth of Rs 140.91.
