NCC Bank Announces 11 Percent Dividend From FY 2078/79

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank (NCCB) has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The bank has proposed an 11 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 3.3663 percent bonus share and a 7.6337 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, NCC Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 11.13 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs 37.50 crores. Likewise, the cash dividend is worth Rs 85.03 crores.
After the adjustment of the proposed bonus share, the capital of the bank will rise to Rs 11.50 Arba.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, NCC Bank had distributed an 8.42 percent dividend to the shareholders, including an 8 percent bonus share and 0.42 percent cash dividend.
