Nepal Hydro Developers to Invest in Super Khudi Hydropower

Nepal Hydro Developers Limited (NHDL) has informed about the investment in Super Khudi Hydropower Limited.
The company’s board of directors’ meeting held on Ashwin 23, 2081 BS has decided to invest Rs. 10 crores as equity in the company. At a par value of Rs. 100, NHDL will purchase 10,00,000 shares in the hydropower company.
Super Khudi Hydropower is developing a 26 MW Upper Khudi Hydroelectric project in Marshyangdi Rural Municipality of Lamjung district.
Nepal Hydro Developers Limited is currently operating a 3.52-MW Charnawati Hydroelectric Project in Dolakha District.
