Nepal Seva Laghubitta announces dividend

Nepal Seva Laghubitta has announced the dividend for fiscal year 2075/76 to its shareholders.
As informed on Nepse, microfinance has declared a 2.625 percent dividend. The dividend includes 2.5 percent bonus shares and 0.125 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company. The paid-up capital of the company stands at 6 crores.
