NMB Capital to float Rs. 120 crores worth of ‘NMB 50’ scheme from today

NMB Capital Limited is going to float ‘NMB 50’ scheme worth Rs. 120 crores from today (Shrawan 13, 2076). The issue will remain open until Shrawan 16, 2076. If it remained under-subscribed until that period, the issue will extend to Bhadra 10, 2076.

Issue Quantity and Amount

The scheme will issue 12 crores units of the fund. The par value of each unit is Rs. 10. So, the total worth of the scheme is Rs. 120 crores. NMB Bank will purchase 1.80 crores units or 14 percent of total sold units. Likewise, NMB Capital will buy 1 percent or 12 lakh units. Similarly, the general public will participate in the remaining 10.20 crores units.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 1.20 crores units.

Sebon Approval

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) provided the approval to NMB Capital to issue Rs. 120 crores to the general public on Jestha 29, 2076.

Issue Manager of NMB 50

NMB Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager for floating the mutual fund scheme.
