NMB Bank Special General Meeting and Book Close

NMB Bank is going to conduct its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Shrawan 28, 2076. The meeting will take place at Nepal Prasasanik Parischann Pratisthan, Jawlakhel. The bank has requested the shareholders to attend the meeting at 10:30 AM.
The SGM will provide the final approval to the merger with Om Development Bank. The bank will also operate as the stockbroker after approval from the concerned authorities.
For the purpose of the SGM of NMB Bank, the book close date is on Jestha 3, 2076. The share trading is halted in Nepse from that date due to the merger with Om Development Bank.
