NMB Laghubitta 150% right share to close from today

NMB Laghubitta is closing its 150 percent right issue to the shareholders from today (Mangsir 29, 2076). The right issue was open from Karthik 24, 2076.
The microfinance is trying to sell 24,30,093.75 units right share worth Rs. 24.30 crores.
The company received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) to issue a 1:1.5 right share on Ashwin 16, 2076. The microfinance had submitted an application to Sebon on Ashad 31, 2076 for the right issue.
At current, NMB Laghubitta has a capital of Rs. 16.20 crores. After the right issue, the capital will reach Rs. 40.50 crores.
Sunrise Capital is the issue manager for the right share.
For the right issue, NMB Laghubitta closed the shareholders’ registration book on Karthik 7, 2076. Thus, investors purchasing shares until Karthik 6 are eligible to apply for the right.
NMB Laghubitta has recently published the first quarter report of the fiscal year 2075/76. The report shows satisfactory growth in performance.
