Progressive Finance Limited (PROFL) is organizing its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 16, 2078 B.S [March 30, 2022]. The finance will hold the meeting at Jyapu Pragya Bhawan, Lalitpur. The AGM will start after 1:00 PM.
Major Agendas For AGM
Presentation and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Endorsement of 6.32 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Delegation of authority to board of directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company had announced the book closure date on Poush 19, 2078 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of PROFL until Poush 18 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
