Reliance Finance Company Limited (RLFL) is going to conduct its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 22, 2078 BS. The meeting will take place at Lainchaur Banquet, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2076/77.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78.
Approval of 10.53 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company had announced the book closure date on Baisakh 10, 2078 BS. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing the shares of RLFL until Baisakh 9 will receive the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
