Ridi Power Company Proposes 42.1 Percent Dividend From FY 2078/79

Ridi Power Company Limited (RIDI) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 6, 2079 BS has proposed a 42.1 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 40 percent bonus share and a 2.1 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Ridi Power Company has a paid-up capital of Rs 110.63 crores. Hence, the company is planning to distribute the dividend that amounts to Rs 46.57 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, the hydropower had distributed a 12.6 percent cash dividend.
