Sahara Bikas Bank To Auction 9.21 Lakh Shares From Shrawan 30

Sahara Bikas Bank Limited has published a notice regarding the auction of 9,21,148.70 shares. The auction will open from Shrawan 30, 2077. Interested investors can submit their bid until Bhadra 8, 2077.

Previously, the auction was set to take place from Chaitra 12, 2076 to Chaitra 19, 2076. However, due to the lockdown enforced by the government for the prevention against COVID-19, Sahara Bikas Bank postponed the auction.
The development bank had issued the right share from Jestha 6, 2075 to Ashad 24, 2075. Out of the total right issue, 9,21,148.70 units promoter’s right share remained unsold during that period. The bank is selling those unsold right share in the auction.
The minimum bid price for the auction is Rs. 100 for each share. Applicants should apply for a minimum of 1,000 shares.
NIBL Ace Capital Limited is the issue manager for the auction. Interested investors can receive and submit the auction form in allotted branches of NIBL Ace Capital, Nepal Investment Bank, Sahara Bikas Bank, and Green Development Bank.
