Samaj Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2079/80

Samaj Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SAMAJ) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders and retain profits from the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, the microfinance provided a 15 percent dividend to the shareholders, including a 14.25 percent bonus share.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Samaj Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 2.28 crores.
