Sanima Life Insurance (SLI) To Skip Dividend From FY 2077/78

Sanima Life Insurance Company Limited (SLI) has completed the final audit for the fiscal year 2077/78. Approving the financial report of the FY 2077/78, the board meeting has decided not to distribute the dividend to the shareholders.
The report will be sent to Nepal Insurance Authority for the approval.
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Sanima Life Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.08 Arba.
From the previous fiscal year 2076/77, the company had distributed a 4.42 percent dividend, including a 4.2 percent bonus share and a 0.22 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
