Adhikhola Laghubitta Proposes 31.58 Percent Dividend From Fiscal Year 2078/79

Adhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AKBSL) has proposed the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The microfinance company has announced a a 31.58 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 30 percent bonus share and a 1.58 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Adhikhola Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 11.90 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 3.57 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 18.78 lakhs.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of microfinance.
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, Adhikhola Laghubitta had distributed a 20 percent dividend, including a 19 percent bonus share and one percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
