Share Trading To Open Only For Five Days From Ashwin

The share trading will be opened only for five days from Ashwin. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) published a notice on Tuesday and informed that it will close trading on Fridays from Ashwin.
At present, the stock trading is done 6 days a week including Friday in which shares are currently being traded for two hours. The market is open from Sunday to Thursday from 11 am to 3 pm and on Friday from 11 am to 1 pm.
Officials of NEPSE have stated that they will close the trading on Friday and conduct business only for five days taking into consideration the instructions of the Securities Board, the delay in weekly clearing, and the suggestions of investors.
