Nepal Stock Exchange has listed the shares of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited after merger.

As per the information, 2.62 crore unit shares of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited (LSL) has been listed in NEPSE.

Laxmi Bank Limited and Sunrise Bank Limited merged at share swap ratio of 1:1 to form ‘Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited’.

The open price range is set as Rs 173.05 for the first transaction of the company’s share.
