Singati Hydro Energy Proposes 5 Percent Dividend

Singati Hydro Energy Limited (SHEL) has declared the dividend to its shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the company held on Karthik 18, 2082 BS has proposed a 5 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend will be in the form of bonus shares.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 290 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs. 14.50 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Singati Hydro Energy is currently operating a 25 MW Singati Khola Hydropower Project in Dolakha district.
