Standard Chartered Bank Nepal (SCB) will conduct its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 24, 2080 BS [December 10, 2023]. The venue for the AGM is the Army Officers’ Club, Bhadrakali , Kathmandu. The annual meeting will start after 1 PM.
Major Agendas
Discussion and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of a 19 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of AGM, Standard Chartered Bank Nepal had set the book closure date on Mangsir 7, 2080 BS [November 23, 2023]. Thus, the investors purchasing shares of SCB until Mangsir 6 are eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the AGM.
