Surya Life Insurance Collects Rs 4.26 Arba In Total Premium [Q4 Report]

Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL) has posted a profit of Rs. 32.32 crores in the fiscal year 2077/78. As per the unaudited report, the profit has surged by 23 percent as compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. In the fiscal year 2076/77, the life insurance had earned Rs. 26.20 crores.
During this period, Surya Life Insurance has collected a net premium of Rs. 4.18 Arba. This is 47 percent higher than the same period of the previous year. However, the net claim has surged by 87 percent to Rs. 81 crores.
As of Ashad’s end 2078 BS, SLICL has a paid-up capital of Rs. 2.26 Arba with Rs. 83 crores in reserve and surplus. The company has Rs. 10.66 Arba in life assurance fund.
The annualized per share earnings (EPS) and per share networth stand at Rs. 14.29 and Rs. 132.39.
