Taragaon Regency Hotel Proposes 15 Percent Dividend

Taragaon Regency Hotel (TRH) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.

The meeting of board of directors of the company held on Mangsir 16, 2080 BS has proposed a 15 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend includes a 4 percent bonus share and an 11 percent cash dividend.

As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Taragaon Regency Hotel has a paid-up capital of Rs 188.67 crores. At this capital, the total dividend amounts to Rs 28.30 crores.

The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, TRH had distributed an 8.42 percent cash dividend. However, in the fiscal year 2077/78, the company didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2076/77, TRH had distributed a 10 percent cash dividend. Similarly, in the fiscal year 2075/76, the company had provided a 12.63 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
