Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2080/81

Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (USLB) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders from the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 24.68 crores.
From the previous fiscal years 2079/80 and 2078/79 as well, the company didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders. However, from the fiscal year 2077/78, the company distributed 30 percent bonus shares.
Similarly, from the fiscal year 2076/77, the company had provided a 17.81 percent bonus share to the shareholders. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2075/76, Unnati Microfinance (before the merger with Sahakarya Laghubitta) had distributed a 40.63 percent dividend, including a 38.60 percent bonus share.
