Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Limited (UHEWA) will organize its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 21, 2079 BS. The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 25 has decided to convene the meeting at Union House, Anamnagar, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Election of directors-4 representing promoter shareholders, 2 representing public shareholders, and one independent director.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, Upper Hewakhola Hydropower has announced the book closure date from Poush 4 to Poush 21, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares of UHEWA before that date are eligible to participate in the Annual Meeting.
