NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited is going to conduct its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 4, 2023 [Poush 20, 2079 BS]. The meeting will take place at Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
The major agendas for AGM include:
Presentation and approval of financial report of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 5.26 percent dividend to the shareholders.

For the purpose of AGM, NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited has announced the book closure date on Poush 5, 2079 BS. Hence, the shareholders purchasing/holding the shares of NRN until Poush 4 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
