Upper Sanjen Hydropower Project (14.8 MW) To Generate Electricity Within Bhadra

Upper Sanjen Hydropower Project, under construction in Rasuwa, will begin electricity generation from Bhadra 2079 BS.
The electricity generated after the completion of the project will be connected to the Chilime Hub substation of Nepal Electricity Authority. Necessary transmission line to the substation has been completed.
The 14.8 MW project being constructed by Sanjen Hydropower Company is in the final stage of construction. About 99 percent work of the project has been completed. The company has targeted to complete the construction and start the production of electricity with Bhadra.
Along with Upper Sanjen, the company is also constructing a 42.5 MW Lower Sanjen Hydropower Project which is expected to be complete within the next four months.
