Upper Solu Hydro Electric Company Limited (USHEC) will organize its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 26, 2080 BS. The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 22, 2080 BS has decided to convene the meeting at Lisara Reception, Bhagwatibahal, Naxal, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 10 AM.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, USHEC has announced the book closure date on Poush 3, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares before that date can participate in the Annual Meeting.
