Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower to Invest in 55 Percent Equity in 47 MW Dudhkoshi-4 Hydropower Project

Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited (TAMOR) has informed about the investment in Dudhkoshi-4 Hydropower Project.
The company has signed an agreement on Ashwin 2, 2082 BS with Vyoma Hydropower Private Limited to invest 55 percent equity in Dudhkoshi-4 Hydropower Project.
The two companies (in joint-venture ) will establish a Special Purpose Vehicle company for the construction of the 47 MW project.
Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited is currently operating a 73 Middle Tamor Hydropower Project, a run-of river (RoR) project located at located in Phungling Municipality, Phaktalung and Mikwa Khola Rural Municipalities in Taplejung District.
