Sanima Bank Proposes 7.3685 Percent Dividend

Sanima Bank Limited has announced a dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the profit of the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the bank held on Ashwin 3, 2082 BS has proposed a 7.3685 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash dividend (including for tax purposes as well).
After the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM, Sanima Bank will distribute the declared dividend.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, the bank had distributed a 5.2632 percent cash dividend.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Sanima Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs. 13.58 Arba.
