Sanima Bank Proposes 14.7 Percent Dividend from FY 2079/80

Sanima Bank Limited has announced a dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the profit of the fiscal year 2079/80.

The board meeting of the bank held on Bhadra 28, 2080 BS has proposed a 14.7 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 9 percent bonus share and a 5.7 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes as well).

After the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM, Sanima Bank will distribute the declared dividend.

From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, the bank had distributed a 10.98 percent dividend including a 10 percent bonus share and 0.98 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes as well).

As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Sanima Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs. 12.46 Arba. After the adjustment of the proposed 10 percent bonus share, the capital will rise to Rs 13.58 Arba.
