Sanima Bank Proposes 5.2632 Percent Dividend

Sanima Bank Limited has announced a dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the profit of the fiscal year 2080/81.

The board meeting of the bank held on Ashwin 22, 2081 BS has proposed a 5.2632 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash dividend (including for tax purposes as well).

After the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM, Sanima Bank will distribute the declared dividend.

From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the bank had distributed a 14.7 percent dividend including a 9 percent bonus share and 5.7 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes as well).

As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Sanima Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs. 13.58 Arba.
