5 Companies to organize AGM today

Five listed companies have planned to conduct the Annual General Meeting on Poush 25, 2076. Two commercial banks, namely Nepal Bank and Prime Commercial Bank will also convene their Annual Meeting. Prime Commercial Bank and Kailash Bikas Bank’s AGM will provide final approval for the acquisition.
