CEDB Hydropower Proposes 11 Percent Dividend

CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited (CHDC) has declared the dividend to its shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2079/80 and 2080/81.
The board meeting of the company held on Bhadra 29, 2081 BS has proposed an 11 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend will be in the form of bonus shares.
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 93.17 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs. 10.24 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the fiscal year 2077/78 and 2078/79 (combined), the company had distributed an 11.5789 percent dividend to the shareholders, including an 11 percent bonus share.
