Oriental Hotels Proposes 5.26312 Percent Dividend

Oriental Hotels Limited (OHL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The company has proposed a 5.26312 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend includes a 5 percent bonus share and a 0.26312 percent cas dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Oriental Hotels has a paid-up capital of Rs 112.80 crores. At this capital, the total dividend amounts to Rs 5.93 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the company had distributed 5.2632 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
