Everest Bank Limited, (EBL) will convene its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 30, 2080 B.S [October 17, 2023]. The bank will hold the annual meeting at Lainchaur Banquet, Lainchaur, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM
Presentation and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81
Endorsement of 20.53 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Increment of capital.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the bank has announced the book closure date on Ashwin 16, 2080 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of EBL until Ashwin 15 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
