Everest Bank Limited, (EBL) will convene its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 20, 2081 B.S [October 6, 2024]. The bank will hold the annual meeting at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM
Presentation and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Endorsement of 15.53 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Increment of capital.
Election of 2 directors representing public shareholders.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the bank had announced the book closure date on Ashwin 8, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of EBL until Ashwin 7 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
