Global IME Capital to Issue 1.2 Crore Units ‘Global IME Samunnat Yojana-II’ Scheme | SEBON Gives Permission

Global IME Capital Limited is in the process of launching a new mutual fund scheme named “Global IME Samunnat Yojana-II”. For this purpose, Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has given the approval to the company on Jestha 7, 2082 BS.

Only after the permission from the regulatory body SEBON, the mutual fund scheme can be floated to the general public.
The close-ended scheme “Global IME Samunnat Yojana-II” will operate under “Global IME Mutual Fund”. The fund manager is planning to issue 12 crores units at a par value of Rs. 10. Hence, the total issue amounts to Rs. 120 crores.
Out of the total public issue, 15 percent or 1.8 crore units of the fund will be purchased by Global IME Bank Limited, the promoter of the mutual fund.
After the allotment of the scheme, it will be listed and traded on the Nepal stock exchange.
