Green Ventures Declares 10.53 Percent Dividend from FY 2080/81

Green Ventures Limited (GVL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the company held on Poush 5, 2081 BS has proposed a 10.53 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 10 percent bonus share and a 0.53 percent cash dividend.
As of Ashad’s end 2081 B.S., Green Ventures has a paid-up capital of Rs. 3.12 Arba. After the adjustment of the proposed bonus share, the capital will increase to Rs. 3.43 Arba.
The dividend is subject to approval from the upcoming AGM of the hydropower company.
