Himalayan Reinsurance (HRL) Proposes 4.74 Percent Dividend

Himalayan Reinsurance Limited (HRL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The reinsurance company has proposed a 4.74 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 4.50 percent bonus share and 0.24 percent cash dividend.
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, HRL has a paid-up capital of Rs 10.40 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 46.80 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 2.46 crores.
The dividend shall be distributed after the approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM of the company.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, HRL had distributed a 4.21 percent dividend, including a 4 percent bonus share and 0.21 percent cash dividend.
