Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Proposes 12.63 Percent Dividend

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (RNLI) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
RNLI has proposed a 12.6315 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 12 percent bonus share and a 0.6315 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Reliable Nepal Life Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 4.64 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 55.68 crores, and the cash dividend amounts to Rs 2.93 crores.
After the proposed 12 percent bonus share inclusion, the paid-up capital of RNLI will reach Rs. 5.19 Arba.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the company had distributed a 16.84 percent dividend, including a 16 percent bonus share and a 0.84 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
