Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Proposes 16.84 Percent Dividend from FY 2079/80

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (RNLI) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
RNLI has proposed a 16.84 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 16 percent bonus share and a 0.84 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Reliable Nepal Life Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 4 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 64 crores, and the cash dividend amounts to Rs 3.36 crores.
After the proposed 16 percent bonus share inclusion, the paid-up capital of RNLI will reach Rs. 4.64 Arba.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM.
