Jalpa Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JALPA) will conduct its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 22, 2024 [Chaitra 9, 2080 BS]. The annual meeting will take place at The SR Hotel, Rupandehi. The time for AGM is scheduled after 9 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2079/80 presented by the chairman.
No dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Approval of merger with Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, the company has set the book closure date on Falgun 24, 2080 BS. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing the shares of JALPA until Falgun 23 are eligible to participate in the annual meeting.
