Mailung Khola Jal Vidhyut Company Declares 2.34 Percent Dividend

Mailung Khola Jal Vidhyut Company Limited (MKJC) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The hydropower company has proposed a 2.338 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 2.2211 percent bonus share and a 0.1169 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 B.S., MKJC has a paid-up capital of Rs. 36.81 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
