Opening of sealed bids of Nadep Laghubitta and IME General Insurance shares auction

IME General Insurance has published a notice regarding the opening of sealed bids submitted on auction of unsold right shares. The auction took place between Falgun 22 to Falgun 30, 2075. The insurance had auctioned 1,598 promoter and 1,00,766 ordinary shares which were unsold during right share offering. The bids will open today ( Chaitra 5,2075) at 4:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on Global Ime Capital Limited, Nachghar, Jamal.

Similarly, The opening of sealed bids submitted on auction of unsold right shares of Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will take place today at 3:30 PM on Nabil Investment Banking Limited, Narayanchaur, Naxal. The microfinance had auctioned 61,236 ordinary shares(unsold right shares) from Falgun 19 to Falgun 28, 2075.
