National Life Insurance Company Limited (NLICL) is conducting its 36th AGM on Bhadra 7, 2081 BS. The meeting will take place at National Life Bhawan, Lazimpat. The time has been scheduled for 10:30 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 14 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, National Life Insurance closed the shareholders’ registration book on Shrawan 24, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of NLICL until Shrawan 23 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the annual meeting.
