Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIBL) is going to convene its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 7, 2079 BS [December 22, 2022]. The annual meeting will take place at Nepal Academy Hall, Kamaladi, Kathmandu after 10 AM.
Major Agendas:
Presentation and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Endorsement of 11 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Increment of authorized capital to Rs. 50 Arba.
Final Approval for merger with Mega Bank Nepal Limited at share swap ratio of 100:90.
Book Closure Date:
For the distribution of dividends and AGM purposes, Nepal Investment Bank had fixed the book closure date on Mangsir 21, 2079 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding shares until Mangsir 20 are eligible for the dividend and participate in the annual meeting.
