Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) will conduct its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 6, 2022 [Mangsir 20, 2079 BS]. The company will convene the annual meeting at Hotel Everest, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The meeting will start after 4:30 PM.
Major Agendas for the AGM
Presentation, Discussion and approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2021/22 (2078/79).
Endorsement of 1,215 percent cash dividend from the fiscal year 2021/22 (2078/79).
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2022/23 (2079/80).
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company has decided to close the shareholders’ registration from Mangsir 4 to Mangsir 20, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of UNL before the book closure date will receive the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
